Set on the edge of Eudlo Creek with direct access to the Maroochy River, one of the Sunshine Coast's premier recreational waterways, the Maroochy River Resort is set on 7 acres of landscaped gardens with 180m of waterfront plus its own private boat ramp & secure boat storage yard.

Choose from 50 1 & 2-bedroom gardenview cabins or waterfront eco-bungalows with ceiling fans, or moor your boat at your front door in the 2-bedroom absolute waterfront villas with air-conditioning. The 1-bedroom & 2-bedroom self-contained cabins, bungalows & villas offer simple 3-star self-catering accommodation suitable for singles, couples & family groups as well as clubs, organisations & sports teams. It’s an ideal location for family get-togethers, celebrations & reunions, which otherwise are difficult to book accommodation for everyone in one place.

All rates quoted when booking do not include linen, so please remember to BYO linen (sheets, towels & pillowcases) & toiletries. If you do forget, don’t stress — there's a linen hire service available. All bungalows are strictly NON-SMOKING & NO PETS.

Each 1-bedroom bungalow has a small combined kitchen, dining & living room & a main bedroom area with ensuite bathroom. Additional bedding is located in the living area & may comprise any combination of bunks or single divans depending on your stated requirements.

Each 2-bedroom bungalow has a full-sized kitchen, combined dining & living area, 2 separate bedrooms & a bathroom. Bedding in the 2nd room may comprise any combination of bunks, single beds, trundles or double beds depending on your stated requirements.

Amenities provided in all 1 & 2-bedroom bungalows include sink, stove, fridge, microwave, food preparation equipment & utensils, toaster, kettle, cutlery & crockery, ceiling fans, clock radio & colour TV & DVD player. A self-service laundry with washers, dryers, baskets, pegs etc is located onsite.
