“The shopping centres nearby are set on the Cornmeal Creek, so spectacular with many eateries that are great & not expensive.
“We were lucky enough to be told of a restaurant called The Boat Shed within walking distance in nearby Cotton Tree, the best food & not too expensive — a bonus as it is BYO as well. ($5 corkage) Set on the water, great service but make sure you book!
